By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order you are indicating that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Prices

All prices are as stated on The Mum Collective website, although we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods at any time. All final prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. When prices are shown in other currencies, these prices are based on a WebserviceX currency conversion updated on a daily basis. Your bank may use a different conversion rate and may charge you for a foreign currency transaction if it is not a Pound Sterling account. Prices are shown including VAT, although VAT will not be charged on orders with a delivery address outside the UK.

Products or services (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Discount codes & promotions

Please note that there are certain items for sale that will be excluded from all promotions and discount codes. Sale items and gift vouchers are excluded from promotional discounts.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period for sales through the The Mum Collective website is 7 days from the day after the customer receives their order. In order to receive a full refund, it is the customers' responsibility to return the item to The Mum Collective in its original and unused state, with tags attached. Failure to do so may result in compensation being recovered by The Mum Collective up to the original sale price.

Optional tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
